What KYC (Know Your Client) procedures do Tempsiom follow?

• Every candidate is interviewed by a qualified recruitment consultant
• Candidate identification is checked and certified
• A Utility bill is requested & certified to confirm proof of address
• All original certificates are requested & certified to confirm qualifications
• We reference check all candidates upon registration

Will the candidate be on our payroll or Tempsiom payroll?

Tempsiom will tailor its services to suit client requirements. We offer a payroll service for all of our clients however if you would prefer that a candidate was on your own payroll this is acceptable.

I have taken on a temporary worker through Tempsiom, what next?

All of our temporary workers are paid on a weekly basis if on our payroll therefore all of our clients are invoiced weekly. Invoices are sent via email to a designated person. You must notify us of their email address to allow this process to function smoothly.

The temporary worker will complete the timesheet online and submit it. You as our client must then log in and approve the timesheet every Friday of every week worked. We request client authorisation to be completed by 10am Friday morning, to avoid delay of payment to the following Friday.

How will I be invoiced?

You will be invoiced weekly via email. It is therefore important that we are provided with the correct email address, postal address and company name for invoicing. The timesheet will not be attached to the invoice. To print & view timesheets you must log on to www.tempsiom.com.
